Podcasts, a rising form of communication, offer a cost-effective and easily promotable platform. However, their potential in fostering democratic participation among young people remains untapped.
PODJECT aims to change that narrative. By equipping young individuals with the skills to create their own podcasts, the project guides them through every stage of production, from ideation to promotion. Central to this endeavor is PODium, a dedicated podcast platform designed to showcase their creations.
Moreover, PODJECT prioritizes the empowerment of youth workers, providing them with training and resources to support disadvantaged youth in this journey. Through a comprehensive methodology and training materials, complemented by online and face-to-face seminars, the project ensures sustainable impact.
